Before You Submit
To help us find your record quickly, please make sure that:
- You have completed all required assessments and submitted your PoE (if applicable).
- You use the same full name and ID number that you used when you registered.
- You indicate the correct course name and approximate date of completion.

What Happens After You Submit?
Once we receive your request, our team will:
- Locate your learner record and PoE in our system
- Verify your assessment and moderation status
- Confirm the status of your results, certificate or statement of results
- Contact you with feedback via your selected contact method
We aim to respond as soon as possible. During busy periods, please allow a reasonable processing time. If we need any additional information, we will reach out to you directly.
